Just to starboard of the centerline helm is a door that slides open to access the lower accommodations. Three steps down brings you in the salon/galley area. The Cabo interior finish is clean, simple, and like the rest of the boat best in class. The salon sole is solid teak and holly, a factory option, and all the cabinetry is solid satin finished teak. No high gloss milky veneer finishes like on other manufacturers.
Starboard is the L shaped ultra-leather sofa. The sofa transforms into a pull-out bed and the back flips up to create a bunk. Also, to stbd aft is a large stand-up rod locker.

“KAT'S MEOW” has a custom J&J Polished Aluminum tower. The polished aluminum is in excellent condition. The double spreader outrigger bases are mounted to the hardtop instead of the side of the vessel giving her a much cleaner, prettier profile. She has an updated SIMRAD tower unit, VHF, and Auto Pilot as well as canvas cover.
The engine room on the 40 Cabo has a glassed in gel coat liner that makes clean up a breeze. Fluids, oil or dirt do not get into the fiberglass filaments and texture like other inferior finished vessels. She has low original hours (2200 9/25) with winter 24/25 2000-hour MAN service.
