Per the seller, this is a great liveaboard with lots of room. He's sailed her all over Lake Erie. Just added more weight to keel last summer. She is a very heavy boat that sails like a dream in all weather, so is great for family trips.
Powered by a Yanmar 75 HP turbo charged diesel, with 596 hours as of January 2026. The motor is clean and regularly maintained. Oil changed every 25 hours, water and fuel filters changed twice a season. 100 gallon molded in fuel tank, Kanzaki transmission and Renogy RVG-100D cell solar panel.
She includes a full chest freezer, lots of storage in galley with double sink and plenty of DC lighting thougout the cabin. The cabin has solid walnut cabinets and trim (no veneer), white oak ceilings with Solis teak parquet flooring. Lots of head room: Main salon 7' 6", Forward V-berth 6', aft stateroom 6' 6", quarter berth 6' 4", and head/ shower 6' 1".
Sails include a Main-360 sq ft, Mizzen-170 sq ft, Jib-476 sq ft, Staysail-174 sq ft, Spinnaker-650 sq ft with lazy jacks for main and mizzen along with sail covers.
Rigging includes 2 winch handles and custom made holders, Harken jib reefing and furling system, all Anderson winches, Maxwell VWC 1200 series windlass with foot switch and separate breaker, Delta anchor with 275 ft chain rode, and extra Danforth anchor.
Additional features include Garhower dinghy davits, NavPod wind 3100, Depth 3100, a full nav station with Raymarine autopilot. There is a Groco model K full size head with 30 gallon molded in holding tank and fill light, Tankwatch level monitor, Shurflo macerator, two 40-gallon propane tanks with transfer switch, two 50-gallon molded in fresh water tanks and March water pressure pump.
She has always been covered in winter months. Newer bimini and dodger with high zipper and clear windows. The toe rail & rub rail were recently taken down to bare wood and redone with new solid stainless rub rails. The cockpit has newer cushions and a pedestal cover. Also there is a portable AC unit and portable head.
Overall, a very fine vessel with many upgrades and worth a look if your a serious cruiser or want to take her South. Cradle included.
