This boat was sold late in 2025. It was all prepared to be trucked to the north east when life issues came up for the current owner before it could be picked up. He is forced to put it back on the market, Lowest priced true factory built BCC ever.
This classic Sam Morse built cutter designed by Lyle Hess and made famous by Lin and Larry Parde through their many books, is now available on the Gulf coast. Unlike Lin and Larry's version, Annie is a factory built of fiberglass, has a newer (2008) 3GYM30 Yanmar diesel with only 900 hours, and though retains the classic looks, has all the modern conveniences you would expect from a modern cruiser, including Lorance GPS/chartplotter, back up Garmin GPS, electric windlass, ground tackle, and back up ground tackle, also a Fatty Knees tender (a classic in itself) Main sail, furling genoa, and new staysail, all LED lighting, Tiller pilot (auto Pilot) and Aries wind vane.
The current owner was planning a complete refurbishment in New England. So this project needs completed. The Mast, bow sprint, pulpit and rigging have been removed and is ready to be shipped. That said, It sits in a DIY yard and the yard space can be transferred to the next owner, ready to be brought back to life and ready for her next adventure.
If you are a serious sailor, and an admirer of the classic BCC this is a project really worth while. You need to jump on this opportunity to own a classic of classics at an unheard of price..
