The Boston Whaler 18 Ventura is a versatile runabout that's perfect for both skiing and fishing. Her broad-beamed, dual console, open bow design allows for plenty of room and comfort. With a large bow area, comfortable helm and companion seating, plus aft seats, there's plenty of room for everyone. Spacious walk-through windshields can be secured to provide weather protection in colder climates. Storage can be found under the bow seats, in the consoles, and in the stern. Options include under-gunnel storage for rods or skis, a livewell, a trolling motor panel, a fishing seat, a ski pylon, a Bimini top, and stainless steel handrails. Unibond construction makes the 18 Ventura virtually unsinkable. Decks with superfine, nonskid, micro-pyramid surfaces provide excellent footing even when wet. A higher freeboard, combined with the Accutrack hull's reversed chines and spray rails, gives this boat a dry, comfortable ride. The deep-V slices through chop and waves smoothly, while the running strakes get her up on plane fast and improve fuel economy. Fiberglass, stainless steel, and marine-grade vinyl construction make cleanup easy and quick.
