Length, 31ft, beam 11ft Draft 3 1/2 ft Single screw auxillary engine Volvo-Penta MD 2020 model year of the engine is 2002 3 cylinder diesel  main sail was new 2023 130 Genoa and heavy air sail which can be flown together  Tanks were all replaced in 2003 and there are monitors on the holding tank and the main fresh water tank topsides paint is Awlgrip and in very good shape 8 ft inflatable dinghy, Compass brand, new in 1996 A "Charles" 30 amp smart charger is mounted and maintains the house bank of 2 group 27 batteries which were new in 11/23. There is a starting battery mounted and wired into the charger  galvanic isolator 25 CQR 30 lb Danforth galley is equipped a dual source water heater, fresh water pump and a brand new Force 10/Emo propane stove with the ABYC style solenoid shutoff
