Winter Passage is a proven, ready-to-sail example of the popular Beneteau 473. Featuring the sought after 3 stateroom layout and 5'7" draft bulb keel, this offshore-capable boat can also access the skinny waters of the Chesapeake and Bahamas. The mast is ICW-friendly with a bridge clearance of 60 feet. An electric winch is installed to help raise the mainsail. 12 lifting hatches provide unmatched ventilation. The vessel is equipped with reverse cycle heat and air conditioning that can operate from shore power or from the generator. The galley has great counter space, storage, and features a top loading freezer with front loading refrigerator. The large dinette is comfortable with clean upholstery and a large table for meals and entertaining. Accommodations include a proper master forward stateroom with ensuite head and a separate shower stall. Guests will enjoy twin aft staterooms with double berths and dedicated heads. Above deck you will find a large cockpit with folding leaf table with custom cushions and a walk-through transom complete with davits and a swim platform.
