The windlass was replaced in 2024 with a powerful Quick 1500W unit. A 2025 Plastimo Transocean four-person life-raft adds further offshore capability.
Under sail, she carries Elvstrom canvas on a Z.Spar mast and boom. The fully battened mainsail with three reef points and furling genoa offer a balanced, easily managed sail plan. All control lines are led aft to the cockpit, handled through Spinlock clutches and Harken two-speed winches, allowing for confident short-handed sailing. A Raymarine p70s autopilot keeps her tracking well on passage. Communication and connectivity are well covered with a B&G V60 VHF with AIS, handheld VHF, IridiumGO satellite unit and Starlink Mini.
Power management is equally well considered, with a 550W solar array feeding Victron SmartSolar MPPT controllers, a substantial battery bank, shore power with Cristec charger, and inverters for onboard 230V use.
