Pros
Performance-Oriented Design: The First 47.7 was designed by Bruce Farr, known for creating fast and agile yachts. It offers impressive sailing performance, especially upwind and in various conditions.
Spacious Interior: For a 47-foot boat, the interior layout provides generous living space with comfortable cabins, a well-equipped galley, and ample headroom.

Good Balance of Racing and Cruising: The boat is suitable for both competitive racing and comfortable cruising, making it versatile for owners who want performance without sacrificing amenities.
Modern Rigging and Systems: It typically comes with a fractional rig and modern sail handling systems, which make it easier to manage, even with a small crew.
Cons
Limited Storage: While the interior is spacious, storage space can be somewhat limited, which may be a consideration for longer voyages.
