Reckoning is a well-kept Beneteau First 36s7! She has had a very caring owner for the past 18 years. The engine has been fully serviced and winterized every year by Crowley's Yacht Yard (CYY). Spring inspection is done every year before hitting the water. Batteries are new (2024). This boat is equipped with modern electronics including Raymarine Autopilot and Garmin Wind/Depth/Speed. Below deck she is very slick and clean. The galley offers a stainless steel gimble oven with a 2-burner stove. It also includes a newer Isotherm fridge & freezer. The teak and holly cabin sole are in excellent condition.

I've owned the boat for 18 years (since 2003), purchased through Sailboat Sales at Crowley's. I've always stored the boat at Crowley's Yacht Yard, (CYY). Engine has always been professionally maintained by CYY. Full engine service and winterizing every year by CYY. Spring inspection and start every year by CYY.

- Boat has always been sailed on Lake Michigan

Nice performance cruiser. Fast and responsive. Fun to sail. Our kids grew up on this boat. Now my wife and I want a more full on cruiser with furling main, etc.
I have original owners manual and manuals for various equipment. All are onboard (in swing out cabinet under the chart table).
