Mon Amie is one of the cleanest best maintained boats in the harbor. The Oceanis 381 was one of the early success in the Beneteau fleet. With each new entry into the US market they became more and more relevant to the needs of American sailors and families. The interior volume and headroom was pretty much unmatched at the time, and typical of French boats it is a GREAT sailboat. In the realm of selling anything today, clean counts, and this one wins the prize, so take a look!!!
History
Mon Amie was brought into the Great Lakes from a lake in Nashville that I suspect wasn't its first stop given some of the serious cruising options. The more important feature is the boat today is as close to spotless at you can get. Her owner has been very engaged with this boat far beyond the norm, so now you get to start at a very high level. As you well know it is far easier to keep something clean then get it there.
