Vinylester hull barrier coat to resist osmotic blistering and zone-specific stitchmat laminates for a specific increased strength optimization. The cored GRP sandwich construction for stiffness, thermal and acoustic insulation and for light weight. There are solid fiberglass reinforcements in high load areas with integral unidirectional GRP deck beams for added strength. The main bulkheads are bonded 360 degrees to the hull and deck for rigged tensional and compressive strength.
