Waiting For Moorage? Need Moorage? We Have On Land Moorage Available For You! Closest to the San Juans! Save Fuel and Get Where You Want To Go Sooner!
The quintessential Pacific Northwest cruiser - we are excited for you to check out this 4788 Bayliner Pilothouse powered by twin 310hp Hino diesel engines, Espar diesel furnace, 8kw Westerbeke generator in a sound shield and a complete loaded electronics package!
The original owner of this 4788 babied her for 22 years, keeping her under cover until the second owner bought her with the specific purpose of traveling up the inside passage to Alaska; once this mission was complete, she was barely a two-owner boat when her current owners, dear friends of BananaBelt, made her their baby. Every year for the past five years, these sellers have brought the vessel to our facility to have one of the best Hino mechanics in the Northwest to have her serviced. We know first hand how these sellers have taken care of this vessel and it shows!
If you like updates and upgrades, then look no further: she boasts updated touch screen displays in the pilothouse, a new display on the bridge, upgraded radar dome, aft facing camera, new VHF, AIS with send and receive, upgraded Magnum inverter and charger, newer house batteries and an audio system in the salon and flybridge with new speakers. This boat has some seriously fun toys!
This vessel has the coveted pilothouse with possibly the best visibility you're going to find in a vessel in this size range - this model was built and designed in the Pacific Northwest specifically for our waters. She's easy to get aboard with a walk-through transom door into the cockpit and a level entry into the salon - which has a "great room feel" with the galley on the same level. She has an open and bright feel with the lighter wood accents, and her updated granite countertops give a luxe feeling you won't find in competing models.
This vessel is out of the water in our OnLand Marina in Anacortes, WA. She's easy to get aboard and these sellers are truly great to work with (and you know, that really does matter). We love the fact that this particular vessel has brighter, and more unique feeling than many of her counterparts available on the market and we are excited to get you aboard!

Affordable Maintenance: Compared to newer or more high-end yachts, the Bayliner 4788 tends to have more accessible and cost-effective maintenance and parts.
Cons

Aging Systems: Being a 1996 model, some onboard systems and electronics may be outdated and require upgrades or repairs.
Weight and Handling: The boat’s heavier displacement can result in less nimble handling, especially in rough seas.
Limited Outdoor Entertainment Space: The cockpit and deck areas are functional but might feel somewhat confined compared to newer designs emphasizing outdoor living.
