LAYOUT FROM FORWARD: Chain locker is followed by a spacious wrap-around settee with table, ideal for entertaining and convertible to a double berth when needed. The rest of the light and bright MAIN CABIN extends aft, offering additional bench seating along starboard and a modern GALLEY opposite to port.

Entry to the MID CABIN follows the galley to port, with privacy door, dressing seat, outboard port for natural light, and cabinetry including the electrical panel; queen berth is set athwartships, extending beneath the bridge deck.

ENCLOSED HEAD with privacy door and integral shower is set aft to starboard. Steps near centerline lead up and aft, landing ON DECK with COMMAND HELM set forward to starboard, and expansive COCKPIT following aft. NOTE full enclosures on deck to extend your all-weather spaces!

INTERIOR is exceptionally clean and bright, with carpeted sole, woodwork, and upholstery in warm neutral tones. CLIMATE CONTROL is via reverse-cycle heat and air conditioning system. ALSO NOTE: LG salon flat screen TV; Jensen CD stereo system with remote controls at helm and transom.

Modern GALLEY is handy at the port side, and offers full features and equipment, including 2-burner Force 10 electric galley stove; Norcold under-counter refrigerator with freezer; Contour microwave oven; stainless steel galley sink; hot / cold pressure freshwater system with hot water heater; and ample cabinet plus drawer storage throughout.

COCKPIT offers lots of seating and features convertible seating for a bed or sunlounge; and a transom shower. ENTERTAINMENT CENTER offers wetbar with sink, fridge and storage.

CANVAS PACKAGE includes bimini top and camper-back canvas with full clear Isinglass enclosure; like-new bow sun pad; and snap-in cockpit carpeting. GROUND TACKLE includes Danforth electric anchor windlass at the foredeck with anchor kit.

ENGINES are twin MerCruiser 5.7L Sea Core 350 Mag with approximately 700 hours; freshwater cooling with fuel filter(s); CONTROL STATION at the bridge helm. Electric engine hatch lift; Bennett trim tabs with LED readout; auto / manual bilge pump(s); engine room fire suppression system. HEAD is electric and plumbed to holding tank with pumpout valve.
