The Azimut 40 Atlantis is a pocket express cruiser for those who seek an exceptional layout and performance. The 40 Atlantis features a two stateroom, two head layout with large entertainments areas. "PAREA" has been a captain-maintained vessel throughout her entire ownership and it shows. Powered with the ever-reliable 370hp Volvo Penta D6's, have the right hours for her age and all services are up-to-date with good records. If you're looking for that all around entertainment vessel, look no further, that sips fuel and has the Azimut pedigree "PAREA" is your boat.

Vessel Walkthrough

Accommodations:

The 40 Atlantis features a generous swim platform leading to an enormous helm deck area great for entertaining. The port side features a U-Shaped dinette followed by a lounger forward. To starboard, is your wet bar with a sink, refrigerator, ice maker, cockpit grill and storage, forward is the helm with a double wide captain's chair. The helm deck also features a teak sole throughout, Fusion stereo system, and a retractable sunroof.

The cabin features a two stateroom, two head layout with an open and airy salon and galley midship. The master stateroom is forward, features and en-suite head with shower and ample storage. The guest stateroom is aft and also features an en-suite head with shower, generous head room and plenty of storage.

The Salon features a Samsung flat screen TV, with a Bose surround sound system, L-Shaped dinette with a Teak table, and a new sole is set to be installed in the coming weeks.

Located down and on the port side the galley, adjacent to the dinette.
