5 Stateroom VIP Edition with Major Systems Upgrades
- Both Generators new, 2019 and 2020
- Major Overhaul both Main Engines by RPM Diesel, Ft Lauderdale winter 2021/2022 with only 1500 hours since Major
- New Naiad Stabilizer System to 2021 technology. This new system has bigger fins for better stability and is a better system. The new system is also designed to also be a Zero Speed At Rest system by adding another hydraulic pump to be powered by the generator when the main engine is off. The stabilizers are hydraulic and powered by the PTO of the main engine when underway.
- This 5 Stateroom VIP Edition was built for the USA market with USA power specifications. A New Atlas Smart System was Installed in 2020 so she can accept power from; different voltage, single phase, three phase, 110/220/230/240) 50/60Hz. This allows her to connect electric to most any dock anywhere in the world even where other boats can't.
- Airconditioning and heat system was Upgraded in 2021 to New Technology for comfort. She has digital controls in each room.
- New Maxwell Windless Systems were updated to New in 2023 with New Chains and Anchors.
- Entire Boat painted by Rybovich in West Palm Beach "Snow White". It was a proper job with no expense spared. All hardware was removed first, repairs were made. Then the gelcoat was pealed. Next the fiberglass was filled and faired before paint. After she was painted "SNOW WHITE", the hardware (a lot of the hardware was new, even the flybridge windows) was rebedded and installed like new. Also all underwater thru hull fittings were changed.
- Head Waste System was Upgraded and all 6 guest Toilets replaced. With the old systems had an issue that if one toilet went down, the whole boat was out of luck. With this new system the toilets act independently.
- New Upgraded More HP Bow Thruster for increased thrust and maneuverability (like todays superyachts)

Azimut made 35 100 Jumbo Superyachts, a very large number for this size production yacht. The 5 Stateroom VIP Edition is hard to find. Only a few were custom built with the desirable On-Deck VIP Stateroom forward configuration.
A rare find 5 Stateroom VIP Edition. She has a VIP Stateroom forward on the Main Deck. Below deck there is a VIP forward with a queen bed, a Master Stateroom with a king bed aft, and 2 Twin Guest Staterooms one port and one to starboard, all with Ensuite heads and entertainment systems. Also another 2 Staterooms for crew with over under bunks making her capable of 4 crew. This makes a total of 7 stateroom and 8 heads including the on-deck day-head.
The Current owner spared no expense in refitting the major components on this Superyacht and bringing her up to current specs. She is ready to go!!
Stepping aboard using the level rider Marquip stairs, you get the feel of a true Superyacht.
You will spend a good amount of your time on the large aft deck at the table over looking the water, entertaining or having business meetings.
From the aft deck walking forward into the Main Salon on the port side is a full Wet bar. Forward of the wet bar are port and starboard couches with a 3 piece modular coffee table. Forward of the couches is the main formal dining area with cabinets designed for all the serviceware. There is a 72" Samsung Frame TV that shows art when not in use. Also note a storage space with a second TV, sound system and various board games.
Walking forward of the dining area to port there is a door that leads to the galley. In the galley there is a water tight door leading to the outside walk around deck for crew access.
Walking forward from the dining area to starboard is a privacy door leading forward. Walking forward through this door you will find a stairway down to the lower level. Forward of the stairway on the main level you will then find a stairway up to the main helm area. Across from the helm stairway you will find another water tight door leading outside to the walk around deck. Again moving forward on the main deck level forward of the helm stairway you will find a door to the day head. Forward of the day head is another door to the On Deck VIP Stateroom. Note: all 5 of the Guest Staterooms have an ensuite head and entertainment center.
Two ways to access the flybridge, one up the stairs from the main helm area and the other up the stairs from the aft deck. The flybridge helm is forward to port. Next to the flybridge helm is the centerline sliding door down to the main helm. To the starboard of the sliding door is the L lounge cocktail table. Back a little ways to amidship is the upper deck dining area. Note a BBQ, refrigerator, sink, 2 x 12 man hydrostatic release life rafts and stereo on the flybridge. Behind the upper dining area is plenty of room for a hot tub if desired. Then further back is a very large sun pad area.
From the aft deck there is a centerline stairway down to the swim platform. This area turns into an area called "The Beach Club". The entire garage door folds down to create a large dock teak platform with water toys like the owners jetski and seabob behind you in the garage. There is also a passerelle and swim ladder.
Walking forward around to the bow you will find 2 new (2022) hydraulic windlasses, new ground tackle 200' and 300' of chain with 2 anchors. There is also a sitting area on the bow and a very large sun pad area. Note: there is a shore power connection in one of the lockers for those hard to reach power connection docking areas.
