You may have seen the Amel Super Maramu featured on S/V Delos, one of the more popular sailing YouTube channels. The Mango traditionally uses a straight prop shaft, which is generally considered easier to maintain, whereas the Super Maramu often features a "C-drive" system. Both boats are designed for long-distance, shorthanded sailing, featuring watertight bulkheads, comprehensive electric furling systems for the main, mizzen, and genoa, and a solid fiberglass construction.
