Construction

Hull Material

    •    Welded marine-grade aluminum, typically 5086 or 5052 alloy.

    •    Corrosion-resistant, durable, and designed for long-term use in saltwater

         environments.

 Chambered Hull

    •    The “chambered” part refers to a series of sealed aluminum chambers running                the length of the hull on both sides.

    •    These air-tight chambers act like integrated pontoons:

    •    Prevent sinking even if the main hull is breached.

    •    Provide unsinkable buoyancy and exceptional roll stability.

 Structure & Features

    •    Reinforced full-length longitudinal stringers and bulkheads.

    •    Self-bailing decks with scuppers and aggressive non-skid surfacing.

    •    Foam-filled sponsons in some models for extra flotation.

    •    Shock-mitigating seating and reinforced decks for high-impact use.

    •    Heavy-duty welded tow points and lifting eyes (especially for military/law

          enforcement models).

Sound & Ride Quality

    •    Aluminum can be loud; ACBs often use acoustic damping materials
    •    The chambered hull design allows soft entry into waves and better impact

         absorption than conventional deep-V monohulls.

Key strengths

•    Virtually unsinkable construction

•    High-impact tolerance (can be beached or hull-impacted without failure)

•    Simple, rugged, mission-ready
•    Low maintenance (no fiberglass to rot or delaminate)
