The Hunter 336 is a well-regarded coastal cruiser that blends comfort, performance, and ease of handling into a highly practical 33-foot package. Designed for sailors who want manageable sailing with spacious accommodations, the Hunter 336 is equally suited for weekend escapes or extended cruising.
The cockpit is large and comfortable making sail handling simple and safe. Wide side decks and a stable hull design provide confidence underway, while the balanced rig delivers responsive performance in a wide range of conditions.
Below deck, the 336 offers an impressively open interior for a boat in this size range. The bright salon features generous headroom, abundant natural light, and a functional layout ideal for relaxing or entertaining. A well-equipped galley, comfortable dinette, and private aft cabin make extended stays aboard easy and enjoyable.
Whether you're stepping up from a smaller boat or looking for a capable cruiser that's easy to manage short-handed, the Hunter 336 offers an outstanding combination of sailing performance, comfort, and value.
We bought Treinta y Tres ( 33 in Spanish ) in Kemah in 2019 then transported her to Canyon Lake, Texas. She was in fresh water on Canyon Lake until 2024 when the lake became too low to sail. So we transported her to Corpus Christi where we had a bottom job done and new electronics added.
She has been such a great boat for the 2 of us to easily sail and she loves even just sailing with the Jib if we feel lazy. But she is fast! My husband enjoyed racing her occasionally on Canyon Lake and she was very competitive.
She has great storage both in the cockpit and in the cabin if you want to weekend or cruise. And a COLD AC too! We spent many weekends on her just relaxing and watching ball games on the TV. And since I love to cook, and she has a great galley, I have made some wonderful meals!.
She loves to party! Treinta is capable of handling up to 8 in the cockpit either for dinner of sailing. Our grandkids thought the V berth was fun, too!
We hope the new owners will love her and care for her as much as we did!
