Very good Tolly with lots of new equipment, including, rebuilt engines (top and bottom) with only 45 hrs. each. New transmissions, new starters, new oil coolers, new fuel tanks, new carbs., new hoses, new inverter, 4 new, large batteries, new alternators & risers. There is an oil pump for ease in changing the oil. She has a full galley with full size fridge, propane stove & oven and microwave. She has back-up cameras on the flybridge, auto pilot, Red Dot heat (new cables). All pumps are new and there are extra hoses & bilge pumps. 2 flat screen TVs, intercom, 2 VHFs, radar and freshly recharged fire extinguishers.
The V-berth is large and the skippers cabin has a queen bed and head with shower. There is a new door on skippers steering station for easy access to the deck.
There is enough new equipment on this boat to justify a much larger selling price. Unfortunately, the owners health has become a problem and he needs to sell her. A buyer would be getting an enormous bargain on this vessel and the slip is assumable.
