Current survey shows her to be in great condition and ready to go. Owner has been cruising California.
This Alaskan features the rare "Captains Quarters" just aft of the pilothouse which offers a berth / office that sleeps one with a large sliding window that overlooks the helm. There are two large staterooms and two spacious heads on the lower deck level with V-berth forward. The Master stateroom features a walk-around queen berth and ensuite head with stall shower.
The interior is beautifully finished with grain matched teak wookwork and cabinetry throughout The galley is forward and to port in main salon and features a breakfast bar with storage under that separates the galley from salon. Up three steps from the salon is the pilothouse which features a centerline helm, expansive windows, settee and chart table.

Whether cruising or live-aboard the galley is well designed and functional.
