Below decks, one can enjoy the convenience of a small refrigerator, burners to heat food, a microwave and a sink.
There is a V-berth in the bow and a sofa aft which can be used as a bed. Nice dinette in the main salon.

Condition detail
Exterior fiberglass needs to be buffed and waxed. Exterior upholstery looks fresh as it is absent any blemishes or cuts. Interior upholstery looks good overall as does the woodwork.
The generator is not working. Air conditioning is not working. GPS-plotter is not working. Gauges need to be replaced. Switches and steering wheel are weathered. Exterior speakers are not working properly.
A bottom job and zincs were done 1 year ago according to seller.
Port engine work done, receipt available. Engine room is dirty/greasy.
