If you are looking for a houseboat with comfort and space, this 1997 Gibson Sport Series 41 is the ideal choice.
This boat is powered by two Crusader V8 engines. Hook up to shore power when you are docked, or use the Westerbeke generator when you are out in open water. If you need to keep cool, the two roof air conditioners will do the trick (please note the front unit still needs to be installed and wired properly for operation).
The upper deck, forward and aft decks are perfect for socializing and fun. Use the swim platform to access the water.
The interior salon has lots of windows for light and views. If you like to cook, the galley is equipped with a refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, stove with oven, and double sink. There are plenty of cabinets to store your tools and supplies. Use the dinette area to eat in comfort.

Condition detail
Only the rear air conditioner works. The front air conditioner is not wired in and operational.
Engine hours on the gauges show around 580, but the Seller is not sure they are accurate.
There are no biminis on this boat. However, the frames are there if you want to add the canvas.
The engine hatch on the rear deck has a soft spot when you walk in the middle of it.
Some of the bench cushions on the upper deck have cracking and peeling as shown in the photos.
There are some exterior cosmetic dings here and there as you would expect from a 1997 boat (see photos).
