Now located @ Rooke Sails in Memphis, Tn., she is in need of a good clean up at this point. The underbody is blister free and has New Anti-fouling BALTO PLATE bottom paint. The price includes delivery, set up and launching within 100 miles of Memphis !

The C and C 24 is thought to be one of the better 24s designed through the years. Also, considered to be better built than most other production boats, the C and C 24 is certainly in the realm of Quality.

Beamy for its length, yielding a stiff and stable sailing boat, you'll notice that the extra dimension includes a much deeper cockpit than usually found - - this makes for more comfort through your sailing day. The interior is in decent condition, particularly for the boat's age. Equipped with an easily accessed Porta Potty, the interior also offers a good size table in the main cabin and nice looking cushions that most wives would be happy with.

The cockpit while being large, leads to a dependable 1985 6hp outboard and a deep stainless steel transom mounted ladder to assist in getting in and out of the water for swimming and the like. The large aluminium toerail adds to secure footing around the deck while sailing while adding strength to the hull deck joint. It adds to the quality and safety.

The boat might go for more $s (6,500.00) than asked but we are making some allowance for the that the starboard deck at the midship appears to have some water intrusion and will at some point need attention. Regardless, as this is not critical there would be no problem for you to sail this boat for years to come, just as the multiple owners have for over the last 10 to 15 years.

Truth is, this boat has many years of sailing left in her and considering how little $3,500.00 goes these days, this C and C 24 represents a great sailing value for a great sailing boat that is a great boat for 10 years plus or just as your first boat that may become the gateway to your next boat.
