This 53 foot pacemaker is a beautiful boat with wonderful accents that will delight owners and guests. The most striking amenities are the lighted glass display cases in the salon area, plus the enclosed pilot house, the large galley, and a large and comfortable main aft cabin with a full-size bed, plenty of storage, a large hanging closet, and more. The main cabin also has an electric head, sink, and full-size separate shower. There is also a spacious flybridge and beautiful back deck for enjoying the wonderful summer weather.
The owner says this 53-footer is a smooth-running and very comfortable yacht with a 16' 6" beam and a 3' 6" draft. It is powered by twin 8V71 naturally aspirated Detroit Diesel engines with 320 HP each and Allison transmissions. The port engine has only 2240 hours and the starboard engine has 2168 hours. There is also a 15 KW generator and hydraulic steering.
This is a spacious liveaboard with washer and dryer hookups. The galley is equipped with full size appliances that include a propane stove, stand-up frig, combo microwave and convection oven, and garbage disposal. Both the bow and aft heads have sinks and showers. There is also a fold-out sofa for an extra sleeping area.
The pilothouse area features a control station, storage, built-in ice box, wine fridge with glass door, a sink, trash compactor, storage cabinets, and plenty of seating. Inclosed doors that will open full width of pilothouse.
Electronics include 48-mile Furuno radar and a VHF radio.
Other features include a 3000-watt Trace inverter,
32,000 BTU Webasto Diesel hot water and cabin heating system with a 50-gallon Everhot water heater, and a reverse oil changing system.
