This vessel has been well maintained with the Universal M25xp having only 40 hours on the complete rebuild. The boat is equipped with i40 Raymarine auto pilot, gps, wind speed/direction, and depth finder. The main sail and jib are in great condition, as well as the batteries only being 2-3 years old. With the sale of this vessel, the new owner will also receive a portable AC unit, spare plow anchor, spare fenders, along with heat exchanger, oil filters, engine belt, and a genoa with lite use to name a few. Original manuals and service records with also be handed over at closing.
