Renovations

2025:

  • Installed Lexan polycarbonate windows that slide open for both sides of the aft deck and clear roll up glass in the transom. Now you can keep the wind and rain out, the heat in and the cool in.

Vessel Walkthrough and Details

At the dock you would climb the included dock step ladder that is 6 feet high to access the vessel. The step ladder can only be attached midship close to the angled door on either the port or starboard side.

Once you step onto the vessel you can either go to the bow area in front or enter the door above the step ladder into the main deck with access to the aft deck, the helm or go down 3 steps to the main salon. From the main salon the galley and bow stateroom are accessed by going down 3 steps. The master stateroom and second stateroom are accessed on the aft side of the salon by going down 4 steps.

  • Main/Aft deck: 224 sq. ft.
  • Salon: 126 sq. ft.
  • Master Stateroom: 96 sq. ft.

Main Salon:

Access salon on the port side of the helm going down 3 steps.

There are 3 windows on each side and the front. The middle windows on each side have the original roll up/down mechanism with a detachable screen. Original couch, two chairs and two tables are included. Steps down on the bow side go to the galley and bow stateroom. Steps down to the aft go to the Master and Second Staterooms.

Two smaller twin beds that are currently separated. The inside bed can be moved to the outside bed to make one larger bed. Toilet, sink and shower are across the hallway. Closet is inside the stateroom.

Bow Stateroom:

Bow stateroom would be called the crew quarters if chartering. There are a set of bunk beds on the starboard side. Sink and toilet are forward of the bunks. The shower and storage areas are on the port side. There is a ceiling hatch that opens for fresh air with a sliding screen.

Bow Deck:

  • Anchors: (1) Galvanized Plow in bow pulpit and (2) Danforth stainless anchors on the deck
  • Rode: 3/4” 300’ NEW nylon rode with 3/8” stainless chain lead NEW
  • Extra 3/4” 300’ used nylon rode in bow dock box
