hat a wonderful design. Carl Alberg designed this like all of his other models as a traditional full keel with attached rudder cruising boat. The Typhoon is the smallest of the Cape Dory fleet, but one of the nicest sailing boats. You would be surprised to see how well she handles even in heavy air. The Weekender has a large cockpit with lovely teak coamings and bronze hardware. There are berths for 4 below. The full keel enables outstanding tracking, stability and predictability. The lead ballast is encased in the one-piece hand-laid fiberglass hull. This is a quality vessel and this particular Typhoon is in very nice condition and the trailer brakes were recently redone.
