This is a must see and must hear situation!! New almost everything! Owner is out of state and just wants her sold, hence the listing price. I have personally sailed this boat many times, last summer, with the current owner.This Hunter 450 is a remarkable live aboard and ocean cruiser. She has been upgraded extensively, is amazingly clean, and priced to sell. She is a two cabin, two head set up, with a large living area and adjoining galley. The forward shower is like an open air shower with the large opening hatch just above. From lazaretts to the bilge, she is remarkably clean and even the keel bolts are shining! The current, and second owners, have done extensive refitting since purchasing her. Extremely clean and comfortable down below with all new upholstery, large screen TV and more. Amazing liveaboard!!
