This is a two owner boat purchased from MarineMax and has been on this lake since new. She has been in an undercover dock, and well maintained! She has just 450 hours on her twin 6.2L 320 hp each MerCruisers. They are closed cooled. The Bravo III (X) lower units have both been recently replaced and have warranty. The factory new isinglass/canvas has not been installed since new. It is all still rolled up in the cabin. The original owner had a private dock at their beautiful waterfront lake home and it may have had the grandkids sleep over a few times with Grandma or Grandpa staying with them, but there is such little signs of any use in the cabin. The most recent owner (April 2025) has been on some excursions on the lake, and just this month (Feb 2026) decided that they were going to move to Colorado! The current owners have upgraded the salon TV, and added a cockpit TV and Fusion stereo with remotes. All the audio and visual upgrades were done professionaly by AVC Marine. She is undercover and the slip can be transferred with a new lease from Bald Ridge Marina.
The stove and microwave have not been used. The fridges down below and on deck keep your drinks chilled and ready. The electric grill on deck has never been used. All upholstery is in great condition. Financing available and can assist with transportation if needed.
