INTERIOR ARRANGEMENT

Probability's interior showcases exceptional craftsmanship throughout. In the salons and owner's areas, anigre and maple burl woods are elevated with chevron patterns, fine beveling, and deep chamfers that create a rich, architectural elegance. Main Salon & Dining Area

The main salon and dining area span a generous portion of the main deck, creating an open, inviting setting ideal for relaxed gatherings or formal entertaining. Broad fixed house-side windows-each equipped with electric shades-wash the space in natural light and frame the surrounding views. Aft, stainless-steel-framed dual electric sliding doors with sidelights open seamlessly to the aft deck, enhancing the yacht's effortless indoor-outdoor flow. The main deck features full walkarounds to port and starboard, ensuring effortless circulation and enhanced privacy for owners and guests.

The formal dining area is positioned forward and is subtly separated from the main salon by a built-in console framed with twin decorative columns. The console houses storage cabinetry as well as the main salon TV on an electric lift. The dining table features a finely finished wood surface with seating for eight. Varnished wood consoles beneath the windows provide elegant storage for china, crystal, and silverware. To port, a dedicated entry foyer with marble tile soles connects the salon to the exterior port side deck via a large dogged and gasketed door. Opposite the entry is a mirrored art display niche with drawer storage.

Starboard Guest Entry Foyer

The starboard guest entry foyer is located starboard side on the main deck forward of the salon and dining area. The starboard guest entry foyer is entered on deck via a private guest entry door. Below the windows are built-in storage cabinets with a marble countertop buffet. Located all the way forward is entry into the VIP stateroom. Forward inboard is entry into the galley via a sliding pocket door. Forward midships is entry into the day head. The day head has a marble countertop vanity with undermount sink, mirrored wall, head, and granite tile soles. Aft of the day head is a hanging locker and storage locker. Inboard and midship are carpeted curved stairways going up to the sky lounge and down to the guest foyer.

VIP Stateroom (Full Beam Main Deck)

The main deck VIP stateroom is positioned fully forward, offering exceptional natural light and a private, spacious layout seldom found in yachts of this size. Entry is aft of the centerline berth, which is arranged fore and aft against the forward bulkhead and flanked by twin nightstands with dedicated reading lamps. Storage drawers are integrated beneath the berth.

Large, fixed hull-side windows with electric shades illuminate the space, providing sweeping views and a bright, open ambiance. To starboard are built-in chest of drawers and matching cedar-lined hanging lockers, offering generous wardrobe and personal storage.

To port is the entrance to the VIP en-suite bathroom. This elegantly finished space features a marble countertop vanity with undermount sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, head, and a fully enclosed shower with bench seating and a frameless glass door. The bathroom is completed with marble tile soles.

Entertainment amenities include a Samsung 26"" LED TV paired with DIRECTV satellite service, a Blu-ray DVD player, and Apple TV with music server integration.

Guest Area Foyer

The guest foyer is accessed via a curved staircase leading down from the starboard main deck entry. At the forward end of the foyer are entrances to the port and starboard guest staterooms, while the aft passage leads directly to the owner's stateroom. Storage closets are located along the port side; the forward closet contains an electrical panel for the guest accommodations, and the aft closet houses the washer and dryer. Across from the laundry unit is a small linen closet for convenient guest-service storage.

Master Stateroom (Full Beam)

The full-beam master stateroom is situated aft on the lower deck, offering exceptional volume, comfort, and privacy. A centerline king-size berth is positioned fore and aft against the aft bulkhead, flanked by built-in nightstands and dedicated reading lamps. Storage drawers are incorporated beneath the berth for efficient use of space.

Polished stainless-steel dogged and gasketed portholes line both hull sides, each fitted with deadlights and concealed behind electric shades. Below the windows, matching built-in dressers provide generous storage, complemented by an office desk to port and a vanity/make-up desk to starboard, complete with a flip-up mirrored lid. Each workstation includes a loose chair for versatility.

To port and starboard, there are entrances to the spacious his and her bathroom including a granite-top vanity with an undermount sink, mirrored medicine cabinet, and marble/granite surfaces creating a refined, spa-like environment.

Entertainment in the master stateroom includes a 40"" Samsung LED TV paired with a DIRECTV satellite system, Blu-ray player, and Apple TV with server integration.

Starboard Forward Guest Cabin

The starboard forward guest cabin features a full-size berth arranged athwartships off the hull side, complemented by twin nightstands with reading lamps. The hull side includes twin polished stainless-steel dogged and gasketed opening portholes with deadlights, finished with interior shades.

Aft is the entry to the en-suite bathroom, fitted with a Corian countertop vanity with undermount sink, dual mirrored medicine cabinets, a head, and a glass-enclosed shower.

Entertainment amenities include a Samsung 26" LED TV with a CCC Control Mini iPad touchscreen interface connected to the DIRECTV satellite system, a Blu-ray DVD player, and Apple TV with server capability.

Port Forward Guest Stateroom

The port forward guest stateroom is configured with two single berths in an athwartships arrangement off the hull side, each accompanied by a nightstand and reading lamp. The hull side includes a polished stainless-steel dogged and gasketed porthole with deadlight and interior shade. The stateroom feels exceptionally spacious, offering a calm and comfortable retreat.

Inboard is a desk with stool and two cedar-lined hanging lockers. A built-in chest of drawers is located outboard and aft, offering additional storage.

Entertainment is provided via a Samsung 26" LED TV with a CCC Control Mini iPad touchscreen interface integrated with the DIRECTV satellite system, a Blu-ray DVD player, and Apple TV.

CREW AREA

The crew area is located all the way forward on the lower deck. It is accessed via a curved stairway down from the galley. In the stairway opening is a stainless-steel handrail. At the bottom of the stairway is the crew lounge.

Crew Lounge

The crew lounge has an L-shaped built-in settee starboard side forward on a raised platform. At the settee is a Corian countertop table on twin pedestal mounts with slides. At the table are two barstools. In the hull side are a pair of polished stainless steel framed dogged and gasketed opening portholes with deadlights. Starboard side aft is a small galley area. The galley has Corian countertops with stainless steel undermount sink, filtered water tap, and Insta-Hot water tap. There are upper and lower storage cabinets and drawers. Inboard is a laundry center with LG Think Q stacked washer and dryer.

Along the port wall at the bottom of the stairway into the crew lounge is a HP Monitor 24" for the CCTV camera system. Entertainment is provided to the crew lounge via an iPad and flatscreen TV. Port side aft is an entry into the captain's cabin. 32" Samsung Flatscreen TV.

Captain's Cabin

The captain's cabin has a double berth in a fore and aft arrangement along the hull side. At the berth is a reading lamp. Below the berth are storage cabinets and drawers. In the hull side is a polished stainless steel framed dogged and gasketed porthole with deadlight. Inboard and aft is a desk with a chair. 19" ships monitor screen, 32" Samsung smart TV.

Crew Cabins

The crew cabins are forward one to port and one to starboard. Each cabin has double bunks with en-suite bathrooms, headlamps and portholes for natural light.

Sky Lounge

The sky lounge sits aft on the upper deck and serves as one of the yacht's most inviting social retreats. Accessed via a carpeted curved stairway from the starboard main deck guest entry, this space opens up beautifully as you ascend. Large, fixed windows line the house sides, filling the lounge with natural light and offering sweeping views-perfect for sunset cocktails, movie nights underway with a 65" Samsung flatscreen TV, or quiet mornings with a book.

Forward to starboard is the entry to the wheelhouse, while the port side hosts a comfortable sitting area with two couches and a glass-top coffee/cocktail table-an ideal spot for conversation, board games, or simply taking in the horizon. A conveniently located day head is adjacent, featuring a granite vanity with undermount sink, mirrored wall, teak-and-holly soles, and head. The teak and holly floors on this deck have all been refinished.

Along the starboard aft section is a fully appointed bar with a granite countertop and stainless-steel drink refrigerator. Additional amenities include a Scotsman bin-type ice machine, a Scotsman drink refrigerator, and custom cabinetry for glassware and service storage, making this a natural gathering spot for evening entertaining.

Wheelhouse

The wheelhouse is located all the way forward on the upper deck. The wheelhouse has a 5-paneled raked windshield forward. Each panel has a windshield wiper with wash. There are fixed windows port and starboard. There is approximately 270° of visibility. Just behind the helm there are 3 adjustable helm chairs with arm, foot, and backrests. In the wheelhouse to port is an office area for the captain. All navigational electronics within this command center have been fully updated and modernized.

EXTERIOR LAYOUT

Approaching PROBABILITY, you're immediately taken by her commanding profile and the meticulous care evident in her gleaming paintwork and polished stainless detailing. Boarding is effortless from both port and starboard sides, with dedicated entry points forward and aft. Wide, full walkaround decks allow guests to move comfortably and privately throughout the vessel, while thoughtfully designed separate entrances maintain a seamless division between guest and crew circulation.

Aft Deck

Centerline on the aft deck is a pedestal-mounted varnished teak table with seating for eight-an ideal gathering place for relaxed meals and unforgettable moments at anchor.

From this vantage point, guests can watch friends and family enjoy the yacht's full suite of water toys, dive into the ocean from the expansive swim platform, or simply take in the action unfolding around them. Protective covers are provided for the table and folding deck chairs to keep everything pristine.

Forward to port, a welded stainless-steel ladder with teak treads leads up to the boat deck above, ensuring easy movement between the yacht's most social spaces.

Swim Step

The teak overlay decks of the swim step are protected by removable stainless steel hoop style handrails. There are stainless steel pop-up tender cleats provided. A removable powder coated aluminum swim ladder seen stowed in the lazarette can be fitted to sockets in the swim step. The swim step is accessed via transom steps port and starboard with teak treads, stainless steel handrails and deck level lights port and starboard from the aft deck. In the starboard companionway is a handheld shower.

Boat Deck

Aft of the sun lounge, the boat deck is finished in painted non-skid and enclosed by a waist-high boxed bulwark, providing both security and comfort. Aft, lounge chairs invite sun-soaked relaxation, while forward a stylish banquette with dining table creates an ideal setting for al fresco dining. Automatic doors open to the interior lounge, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor flow ideal for entertaining.

To port and starboard, twin davits with tethered remote plugs and emergency stops support effortless deployment of the tender and personal watercraft. Once the tender is launched, the centerline area transforms into a generous open deck-ideal for lounge chairs and flexible guest use.

Flybridge / Sun Deck

The flybridge deck is an exceptional place to unwind-whether you're soaking in the hot tub at anchor, enjoying cocktails at the bar, or taking in the sweeping views of the ocean from the elevated deck.
