Justine is a 97' Guy Couach that has been an icon in the charter industry of NYC, boasting 14 years of successful business with coastwise and recreational documentation as well as a MARAD waiver. She's been featured countless times in film/tv and has been kept to high standards to continue to do so should the next owner choose. At $750,000, there is not a better kept classic motor yacht at this value.
Modular furniture settings throughout the entire yacht make this vessel highly customizable with minimal cost and effort. On the flybridge, you will find expansive seating arrangements, and a marble fireplace that is the main attraction at night surrounded by furniture from Spain with custom lighting. Over 25 guests can be hosted on the flybridge alone with enough seating for everyone. The main deck has an incredibly large galley, and a spacious main salon featuring bar seating, formal dining, and lounge space offering another fantastic gathering and entertaining space.
Down below, you'll find four well-appointed staterooms (with a fifth adjoining the king VIP) sleeping 8-10 guests. The master has a his and hers head layout with a tub connecting the two, which has immense potential to be updated to a modern "walk-through' rain shower. The VIP has another king size berth with an ensuite head, as well as an adjoining stateroom with two bunks, perfect for if you/the primary has young children. Midship port and starboard you will find two spacious guest cabins with twin beds, each with full ensuite heads. The crew quarters is very spacious with two berths and a full ensuite head.
The meticulous engine room is a testament to the great care this vessel has been under among its many other features and upgrades. The two Detroit Diesel 12v92 turbocharged main engines (along with the lightweight kevlar over balsa core hull) allow this yacht to cruise at 11 knots with a 22 knot max. Everything mechanical, just like the structure and cosmetics of the yacht, has been religiously maintained to ensure that there has been/won't be any potential down time.
Throughout this vessel's history, no expense has been spared when it comes to continuous maintenance and upkeep. All service records and maintenance logs are on hand, you will not find an easier or more seamless 100' classic motor yacht to jump into and hit the seas.
Brand new (2024) Vetus 320 48V brushless bowthruster installed. 10" electric as opposed to previous 8" hydraulic.
New (2023) Glendenning controllers for throttles and transmissions.
Last hauled out in July 2024 when new bow thruster was being installed. Routine haul-out maintenance performed concurrently (bottom paint, running gear, zincs, props).
1987 - Hull laid in France, built for export, interior designed and completed in Dania Beach, FL. Originally built to be 90ft with no swim platform.
1987-2009 - Two private owners who took great pride in ownership.
2005 - Extensive refit, swim platform extension, engines completely rebuilt.
2009-2011 - Rebuild: all new interior, helms, galley, electrical, lighting, plumbing.
2011-Ongoing - High-end private charter service conducted with day and term charters in NYC and New England. Professional fleet maintenance and continual cosmetic updating to keep up to high-end charter standards.
2016 - (8) thru-hull 4" underwater lights installed.
2020 - Numerous updates including nuteak decking and highly-durable imron paint to yacht standards. During repainting, while all windows, railings, thru-hull fittings were removed, balsa core was inspected with a moisture meter and any areas that needed addressing were replaced with honeycomb or solid PVC. This vessel has a bone dry core.
