Seller is the original owner of this fine vessel. This US-1-38 English Cougar was built with a KevlarHull and it is equal in Hull size and style to an American built 41Apache. Please be aware that English Boat Manufacturers do not include the twin drives length in their stated boat length however the American Manufacturers do include the twin drives length so by American standards practices, a US-1-38 Cougar is 41.5 feet.
This US-1-38 Cougar is a superb offshore style boat that has been the most fun toy Ive ever owned. Due to relocating inland off the water and getting older I am forced to sell this boat. If you want to save a ton of money and get an offshore power boat to have fun in and be safe on the water, here it is!
This boat is a project boat, at this point, due to my lifes changes; I began to refresh both 700 HP engines but sold my Belleair Beach home before I completed the task. This is a Great Opportunity for YOU the new owner to complete the freshening of both engines or re-power the vessel with whatever power you wish.
The boat is currently powered with twin 572 Cubic Inch 700 HP innovation style engine s including BAM 1300 HP transmissions. The stern drives are SSM #4Speedmaster that were recently freshened.
