The Catalina 400 made her debut in 1995 and continued to build 354 over the next 17 years. Offering a super wide cockpit and twin helm layout. Below decks this extra beam allows for a very comfortable master stateroom aft with a queen centerline berth and full head. Forward a full V berth, hanging locker storage and full head. Spacious galley and large dinette.
"True North" carries a full batten main, furling jib and Asy Spinnaker. Not seen often, you will find 2 Lewmar ELECTRIC Primary winches! To make life and sailing easier and fun!! Powered by a Westerbeke 42 with approx 1713 hrs. New Radar & Simrad Chartplotter. B&G Autopilot, Knot-Depth-Wind keeps the Capt happy.
The Catalina 400 is unique in the Catalina line in that it has a spacious aft, center line stateroom. there is easy access to the queen size berth from either port or starboard side , hanging lockers on both sides and additional storage area. A large aft head with dual access from the master stateroom or from the salon. To starboard of the companionway is a large U shaped galley. Moving forward a large dinette area to starboard midship. Adjacent to port is a full Nav Station and long settee. Forward is a large V berth and full head.
