GREY EAGLE is a classic Dyer 29 Flush Deck that has been totally restored by a very knowledgeable owner. This classic Flush deck has had a full restoration starting in 2018, and completed in 2019, featuring a repower with the economical Cummins 4BT, all new electronics, full custom canvas enclosure, air conditioning, Dometic refrigeration/freezer, and electric head. The hull and deck are painted, and the bright work looks great. Grey Eagle is stored inside a climate controlled facility, and it shows the care and maintenance she has had since the restoration.
Don't be alarmed at the age of this beautiful classic, she is virtually a new boat.
The Dyer 29 was the early pioneer of the "Lobster Yacht" style of the Down East boats designed to cruise comfortably at 17 knots in any sea state.
She is currently stored inside and can be seen by appointment
Grey Eagle is a classic RESTORED Dyer 29 Flush Deck down east bass boat, designed for comfortable cruising for a couple, or a day on the bay with family and friends.
She has the traditional layout with vee-berth forward, aft to port is the enclosed head with an electric marine toilet, and across to starboard a good sized galley with sink and new refrigeration/freezer.
Up two step you are on the bridge deck with the helm to starboard with a captains seat and a pilot seat to port. Aft is the large cockpit with aft seating an a large Yeti cooler. The custom canvas Bimini with isinglass enclosure keeps you dry in inclement conditions.
