A. Engine Room.

1. Engines and Transmissions. Massive $50,000 rework of engines, transmissions and generator (2021).

2. Fuel System.

a. Corrected and optimized fuel plumbing. Port engine pulls from the port 200 gallon tank, starboard engine pulls from the starboard 200 gallon tank, and the generator pulls from the starboard 100 gallon saddle tank.

NOTE: Port 100 gallon saddle tank converted to a second water tank.

b. Polished all fuel.

3. Three new air conditioner water pumps (upper salonA/C, master stateroom A/C, lower salon and forward stateroom A/C’s share one pump).

4. New fresh water pump.

5. Two new bilge pumps.

 

B. Electrical System.

1. Entire electrical system upgraded to the newest ABYC standards.

2. Two new F-8 batteries for the engine systems.

3. New engine systems battery charger.

4. Two new F-8 batteries for the house systems.

5. New house systems battery charger.

6. New 12vDC LED lighting throughout the vessel.

7. New 12v battery and charger for swim platform davit.

8. New/second 30’ 50 Amp shore power cable.

 

C. Interior

1. Upper Salon.

a. New wall-to-wall carpeting.

b. New paint throughout.

c. New TV, sound bar, sofa, recliner, end table and coffee table (table top elevates with storage underneath).

2. Lower Salon.

a. Lower salon converted to a hobby center/workshop.

b. New wall-to-wall carpeting with individually carpeted engine room hatches.

c. New air conditioner/heater.

d. New paint.

e. New dining area cushions.

f. New dining area light & fan.

3. Galley.

a. Installed tile back splash in galley.

b. New microwave.

c. New garbage disposal.

d. New pull-out faucet.

4. Master Stateroom.

a. New wall-to-wall carpeting.

d. Installed new port lights (originals were glassed over).

5. Master Head.

a. Replaced linoleum floor with ceramic tile.

c. New water pump and new macerator.

6. Forward Stateroom.

a. New washer and dryer.

b. New carpeting.

7. Forward Head.

a. New skylight/hatch.

b. New head pump/macerator.

c. New sink faucet.

d. New shower controls and shower head.

e. New shower sump.

 

D. Exterior.

1. Completely restored bottom to like-new condition; new bottom paint.

2. Removed and reconditioned both props.

3. Custom “SeaDek” flooring installed on both the main deck and fly bridge.

4. New 10’ RIB dinghy with new 15hp Power Pro engine, battery for the engine, dinghy cover and bench cushion with storage.

5. New cushions on the bow seating.

6. New sunshade on the bow.

7. New water filtration/purification system (starboard side entrance).

8. New LifeSling (port side).

9. Rear-facing color camera on fly bridge helm to aid in docking.

10. New cushions on fly bridge helm seats.

11. New outdoor furniture on fly bridge; two chairs, love seat and coffee table.

12. New fly bridge bimini.

13. Sanded and stained all teak handrails and rear door frame.

 

E. Miscellaneous.

1. Large number of spare parts, filters, zincs, etc. under the galley seating.

2. Significant supply of various hoses under the mid-stateroom sofa.
