Carrying forward the heritage of the internationally recognized Arkup 75 - famously featured on Netflix and in global media - the new Villa 50 refines the concept into a more agile, modern, and recreationally focused platform.

This is not a houseboat. It is a design-driven floating residence built to true yacht standards.

New production slots are currently available beginning early 2027, with estimated delivery in late 2027.

The Villa 50 has been completely reimagined by Pininfarina, the legendary Italian design house known worldwide for sculpting some of the most iconic automotive and architectural forms of the modern era.
