Recent Upgrades and Servicing
- Regular care: Current owner of last 3.5 years keeps great care of the vessel, she shows very well. Waxes hull and topsides once a year, in spring along with brightwork, 3-4 coats each year, and does servicing at end of season. Boat kept in dry heated storage in winters,
- Jan 2022 - All Batteries replaced with Lifeline AGMs (4 Batteries)
- Oct 2021 - Engines serviced. Include Oil and filter changes on main, replaced engine zincs and new impellers.
- Jan 2021 - Bottom Paint at bootstripe (waterline), hull waxed and
- Nov. 2020 - Engines, Transmission and Generator serviced. Very few hours since on Genset.
- Oct. 2020 - Fuel Tanks interior clean
- March 2020 - Oil leaks troubleshot, Tank sensors replaced, Isolation Transformer installed
- Nov. 2019 - Bottom paint, non-skid paint in sidedecks and foredeck redone
- Oct. 2019 - Engines and generator service
- Winter 2019 - Freedom Boat Lift Installed
- Sept. 2019 - All canvas updated for teak railing, aft exterior settee, wood panels by nav lights, and windshield. Not used often, in great shape.
- June 2019 - Freshwater flush system for engines and genset added
- April 2019 - Current owner surveyed vessel and engines and genset, took oil samples.
- March 2019 - Starboard and Port aftercooler replaced. Cylinder 2 and 3 on starboard engine had the engine misfiring, got new rods and valves, new injectors, cylinder head remanned. Engine tested and adjusted and found to be working fully. Generator control panel replaced.
Exterior Description and Features
General:
- Hull - Deep V hull, in Flag Blue paint
- Teak grated swim platform - has swim ladder
- Exterior Wood (Varnished) - Teak toe rail, accent stripe on cabin sides, and wood panels by nav lights, varnished every year with 3-4 coats of Le Tonkinois (Currently 10 coats, looks quite good. Redone canvas covers in great shape.
- Exterior wood - Teak decking in the cockpit, untreated. Original and in good shape overall.
- Davit System - Freedom Boat Lift. Hydraulic, designed to lift the tender up in cradles with removable brackets, off the back of the boat. (Remove the brackets and none of the davit sticks out behind the swim platform!) (Added Winter 2019)
Deck:
- Painted nonskid sidedecks and foredecks
- Stainless steel railings - high, sturdy.
- Windlass - controls at helm and at the windlass
- Anchor and Chain - 25 Lb plow and 300 feet chain

Interior Description and Features
General Interior Description and Features:
The accommodations include a spacious salon/helm deck on the main level with a Stidd helm seat and corner L-settee. Further forward is a chart table with room for a companion Stidd chair or convertible bench seat. Outside views from any seat in the salon are excellent. Ventilation is abundant as well with a windshield center section that opens, sliding side windows, and two overhead hatches. Down three steps is a U-shaped dinette to port, a full-service galley with Corian counters. The head compartment, located just aft of the galley, has an enclosed shower with a clear, circular doorway. Forward is a private stateroom with an island queen bed. Note the cockpit lazarette and wide side decks. Access to the engine room is via a hatch in the cabin sole.
- 1 cabin, 1 head layout. Ability to sleep more by dropping mid-ship settee table down.
- Diesel Heating - Espar diesel-powered heating, four zones. Set the temperature at the salon, and regulate the flow in each area with High/Low/Off controls.

Engines and Mechanical
The engine room is very workable and is accessed via a ladder from a hatch in the salon floor, or by lifting the flybridge stairway, revealing stairs leading the way down. It is well lit with both AC and DC lighting. This is plenty of space for all mechanical equipment, genset, water heater, batteries, spare parts and more, and more room to service all sides of the engines. The twin Cummins QSC8.3 engines are turboed and after cooled, and electronically controlled common rail fuel injection for maximum fuel efficiency, zero smoke, and quiet operation.
- Engines - 2 x Caterpillar C-7, 450Hp each. 628 hours on Port engine, 624 on starboard as of 12/14/2021. Cruises around 22 knots. 18 knots at 1,800 RPMs
- Slow Mode Gear reducer - For docking, lowers the speed at forward idle to around 2 knots
