A ONE OF A KIND!
Xerxseas ll is strictly a yacht for the discerning owner who Only Wants The Best! She is the nicest and cleanest 88' Pershing floating on the face of this earth today! Unlike any other vessel of her kind, Xerxseas ll has been modified and highly customized by her current meticulous owner which separates her from the rest of the pack, and puts her in a league of her own.
When Xerxseas ll was purchased in January of 2014, her owner immediately brought her to the yard and began her extensive refit. During her refit period she was virtually gutted and renewed from the hull up. The bottom, hull, and superstructure were stripped. A new bottom job was done, and the hull and superstructure were repainted in charcoal black mettallic. A custom winged mast was built and mast and domes were painted in flat black. All bow railings were removed for a super sleek and stealth look. New custom painted anchors and new windlass's were installed. Stainless chain was installed for the first 30' on both anchors. The decks were stripped of all old teak and new synthetic teak decks were installed to all decks and swim platform. A custom stainless dragon (the Xerxseas logo) was installed to the transom with multi colored LED back lighting. The dragon motif is carried out throughout the boat. The engines, gens, and all engine room equipment was removed. All bilges throughout the boat were steam cleaned and epoxy painted. The port engine was replaced with a brand new engine and stbd engine was rebuilt. Both engines were awl gripped. Both generators were rebuilt and reinstalled. Arenson drives were removed, rebuilt, and reinstalled, and props were reconditioned. The watermaker was rebuilt. All new engine room insulation was installed. All new pumps were installed with back up for fresh water and AC. New bilge pumps were installed with a separate bilge system that sucks every drop of water out of the bilge with a straw and sponge to leave bilges totally dry. New air compressors were installed with air storage tanks. Multi colored LED lighting was installed under the engines. Blower system and air boxes were renewed. Fire system was renewed. Ozone machines were installed in the bilges to keep all smell out of the boat and are on timers for running time. Ultra violet purifying lights were installed to fresh water system to keep tank water clean, and to all AC ducts for fresh air. All Sanitation hoses were replaced. All new diamond plating was installed for engine room decking and custom was painted white. All hoses and clamps were replaced throughout engine room and vessel. All new LED overhead lighting was installed. Every surface in the engine room can be eaten off from! It is quite spectacular to see!
The crews quarters had new carpet installed, new wall coverings, new LG combo washer/dryer, new Kenmore frig/freezer, and microwave, new coffee station, new mattress's, new flatscreen TV's, new inverter, overhead security camera, and more.
All exterior upholstery was redone in bright orange with custom dragon logos and all new covers. A beautiful custom hi/low wood table was installed to the aft deck with a filler cushion to complete into a sunbed. Custom carbon fiber air scoops were installed to the hull sides over the engine air intakes.
The upper salon/pilot house had the wenge soles stripped and refinished. New headliners were installed. Beautiful Versace Italian furniture was imported from Italy for the upper salon, with all new custom Versace dinner ware in labeled storage boxes. A beautiful custom burlwood table with dragon inlay was installed. Custom throw pillows and Persian rugs adorn the salon areas above and below. The triple helm chairs were re-upholstered with leather and custom dragon logos and chair backs and lower housings are done in carbon fiber. All new Furuno navigation electronics were installed. A complete new dashboard was made in carbon fiber with a custom indy car racing wheel. The opening sunroof was trimmed in new brown leather as was the companionway leading to the lower salon. V cool was installed to the pilot house windows.
The lower salon and all guest accommodations had all new carpet installed. The large settee was re-upholstered in off white ostritch leather. New wood veneers were installed to some bulkheads. Custom chairs are along the outside of the dinette with beautiful custom throw pillows. A large gold framed one way mirror was installed with a flatscreen TV concealed behind.
The galley had new blue granite countertops installed, new faucets throughout the boat, a new vitrifrigo refrigerated drawer was installed, new cooktop, new microwave, new air handlers and touchscreen thermostats were installed. all wood soles were stripped and refinished.
All master and guest cabins have new carpet, new mattress's, new custom embroidered silk linens, bed covers, and throw pillows, new stereo's, and much more. The list is far too extensive for me to even mention.
Xesxseas ll is a one of a kind boat that must be seen to truly be appreciated! She also has an array of optional toys and tenders that can be purchased separately in any combination of your choice. This includes a 2015 32' Custom Wider, 14' Aquascan Jet Tender, A Seadoo Spark Wave Runner, and a Kawasaki XTS15F Wave Runner.
Vessel Walk Through
Boarding vessel from the stern, there is a large swim platform with two open lockers that give access to the multi colored underwater lights. Both lockers contain bilge pumps. The port side of the transom has a retractable passerelle, and to stbd is a Glendenning cable master. Centerline of the transom is a beautiful custom stainless dragon which is the logo for the boat with the name of the vessel beneath. It is backlit with multi colored LED lights that can be controlled from your cell phone or Ipad. There are stairs leading up to the cockpit on both sides of the transom, and the swim platform is decked in beautiful new synthetic teak.
Stepping up to the cockpit there is a new custom upholstered sun pad across the transom with dragon logo's that you will see repeated throughout the boat. The port and stbd stern corners have double stainless cleats and new Maxwell electric warping winches for stern to docking, along with wells for wet dock lines to drain. The cockpit and side desks are all covered with new synthetic teak. There are molded steps on both side that give access to the side decks. To port forward is a beautiful teak custom hi lo table which drops to complete into a sun bed along with the newly upholstered settee behind. To stbd is a custom onyx backlit serving tray with fold down lid, a molded sink basin with fold down lid, and a customized door and hatch leading down to crew and engine room. To stbd of the glass forward cockpit bulkhead is the sliding glass companionway door leading into the upper salon / pilothouse area.
Moving up the side decks there are large windows down the house with weblon mesh covers. Custom painted spring cleats are mounted fore and aft on the bulwarks and custom painted hand rails are mounted on the side of the house. Bow railings were removed to give the boat a super stealth look. Electric opening wing doors give access to the upper salon from both sides. Forward of the house there is a large tender garage on the foredeck with a hydraulic opening hatch and a large custom painted orange dragon painted underneath. Forward of the garage is a sunpad with 4 stereo speakers for entertainment. A new opening hatch gives fresh air to the VIP cabin, and all the way forward there are two new Maxwell windlass's and two stainless anchor shoots with custom painted anchors. On top of the cabin is a beautiful winged mast designed after a Lear 60 that holds the running lights. Air horns are mounted below the wings, and TV and radar domes are mounted to port and stbd as well as antennas.
Moving into the upper salon, to stbd is a beautiful custom Versace cabinet with custom Versace dinnerware sets in labeled boxes. New headliner has been installed to this area and the gorgeous Wenge wood soles have been stripped and re-finished. Above, new brown Ostrich leather trim surrounds the opening sunroof, and exquisite Persian rugs are under foot. Opposite to port is a new custom Burlwood table with a subtle dragon embedded into the top. A beautiful Custom Versace couch and chairs surround the table along with custom throw pillows. There is a pop up new Samsung TV behind the cabinet to stbd. At the forward end of the salon is the helm station with 3 newly upholstered alligator leather helm chairs with custom carbon fiber backs and bases. A new custom carbon fiber dash is located above the custom racing steering wheel, and an all new electronics suite. There are opening electric doors to port and stbd with new air inflatable gaskets to ensure a proper seal. new carpet has been installed at the helm and side door areas.
Stepping down the stairs to stbd from the upper salon is the lower salon with galley to stbd and dining settee to port. The galley is fully equipped and has an electric raising bulkhead and a door that will separate it from the salon area. With the bulkhead down there is a breakfast bar area that allows serving through the window. The C shaped settee opposite the galley is upholstered in new white leather and adorned with beautiful custom throw pillows and a pearwood expandable dining table. Cabinets below the blue granite breakfast bar to stbd house custom glass and tableware. An opening cabinet behind the settee houses AV equipment for entertainment. On the fwd. bulkhead to port is a large gold framed one way mirror with a new Samsung TV behind. Cabinetry aft next to the staircase houses more stemware. Headliner in this area is new as well as carpet, and stereo speakers are mounted above around the salon.
Moving forward of the lower salon there are mirror image guest cabins to port and stbd each with twin beds, new carpet, new beautiful embroidered silk linens and throw pillows, wooden electric blinds, Am/Fm/Dvd Stereos, and ensuite heads. All cabinetry throughout the vessel is of Pearwood. There are centerline hatches underneath the hallway carpet for bilge and tank access.
Moving Forward into the VIP Cabin there is a queen centerline berth with beautiful custom embroidered bed cover and throw pillows and an ensuite head to stbd. The forward bulkhead is mirrored and there is an opening hatch above the berth. New headliners have been installed, and there is a storage drawer at the foot of the bed. There is new carpet throughout the entire lower level of the boat. Hanging lockers are to port and stbd, and there is a one way mirror on the aft bulkhead that conceals a new Samsung TV behind, and storage cabinets beneath. An ensuite head is located to stbd.
Moving down and aft of the lower salon there is a day head to stbd. Continuing down is the master stateroom with a walk in hanging closet to port upon entering the cabin. There is a queen berth at a 45 degree angle with new decorative bed cover and throw pillows to stbd. On the aft bulkhead is a Samsung flatscreen TV, and the bulkhead behind the bed is mirrored. There is pearwood cabinets lining the stbd and aft wall with a built in vanity and chair. Stereo speakers surround the cabin above. There are large hullside windows to port and stbd with wooden blinds for privacy. In the port aft corner is the master head with a beautiful blue Bizazza glass Italian tiled shower, electric head and bidet. All mattress's are new throughout the boat.
