The roller furling 175% genoa and in-mast furling mainsail make Single handing this vessel a breeze.  The 2008 8.0 Yahama long shaft 4-Stroke outboard has less than 25 hours and comes with electric start and power tilt.  Power controls are easy to reach and are  located on the port stern rail. A unique General Boat designed motor lift brings this engine up and out of the water with NO effort. Very few 22' vessels have 2 Group-27 batteries that are kept topped off when the engine is running.. Full standing headroom is a plus when you raise the "Pop-Top."  You will stay dry when you attach the pop-top wraparound enclosure.

A fully enclosed Marine Head and a front loading icebox keeps ice and water separate from your food. A single burner butane stove is also a plus.  Five gallons of pressurized  water is onboard.
