>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>Preliminary Listing, Complete Specs to Follow>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
SEVEN underwent a complete refit that was recently completed in 2003. The yacht was designed by naval architect Tom Fexas. Please note that the original, classic, Cheoy Lee teak interior has been restored to pristine condition through out the yacht. On the starboard side of the salon is the custom bar with plush bar stools. Directly to port is an L-shaped settee and coffee table. The formal dining area is forward. Forward to port is an on deck head with a window that is a welcomed touch. Aft stairs just forward of the bar lead to the private master suite complete with ensuite head, ample hanging closets and an office. From the office a watertight door gives direct access to the cockpit. Double doors from the salon open to the shade-covered aft deck. A deep-seated settee and table make this one of the most user-friendly areas of the yacht and quite unique compared to other 92' Cheoy Lee yachts. A stairway aft leads to the cockpit customized for dive tank storage and easy water access. Back inside and forward of the salon is the contemporary galley, complete with all the amenities any chef would desire. The pilothouse is next, with state-of-the-art electronics and monitoring systems. All the way forward is the VIP stateroom. This stateroom, with King berth, hanging closets, separate bathroom and lots of windows can easily be consider a second or on deck stateroom. The third and fourth guest staterooms, crew cabins and engine room are accessed from the port side of the pilothouse. The walk-in engine room is furthest aft, complete with twin water-cooled, twin turbo Caterpillar engines. Amidships are the two guest staterooms, the port stateroom has a queen berth with ensuite head and the starboard stateroom has two twin beds plus a recently added pullman. Forward in the peak are the crew quarters. Each cabins has upper lower bunks with the top bunk recently being modified to a full size berth. Each cabin also has a separate head and shower. The fly bridge is accessed on deck from either side of the pilothouse or from a ladder, ideal for crew to perform their responsibilities, from the aft deck. The spacious flybridge has a full pilot station. Amidships is a comfortable shaded seating and dining area. The aft area of the flybridge is another area that has recently been reconfigured. The davit have been moved so that the 19' RIB manufactured by AB of Venezuela w/130hp and a jet ski can be securely transported. When these amenities are launched the space is transformed into the ideal sunbathing area. SEVEN is one of the best values in a four stateroom vessel under 100' on the market today.
