ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:  Forward stateroom has a centerline queen berth and a private head with shower.  Galley is aft on port side with beautiful teak flooring and cabinetry.  Large U-shaped dinette located aft and starboard, across from galley. Main salon is up four steps with an L-shaped sofa, chair, TV, stereo with cassette and CD system.  Down five steps on port side is the day head with shower.  Starboard of the head is a guest stateroom with a double berth and the enclosed washer/dryer.  Master stateroom is aft with a centerline queen berth, vanity and head with shower.  The interior is fully carpeted and all cabinetry is teak.  The aft deck has furniture, a table, wet bar with an icemaker(U-line, new in 2004) and refrigerator, wing doors and full soft enclosures.  The flybridge has L-shaped seating, helm and companion seating.
