35' Irwin 35' Citation Sailboat-Cruising

ACCOMMODATIONS AND LAYOUT:  Sleeps 6 in three cabins.  Cabins refinished and revarnished in 2003.  New main cabin cushions – Kelly green 2003, private aft cabin with double quarter berth, U-shaped settee converts to a double, large nav station with swim-out seat.  Deck is cored with Klegecell. 

 

GALLEY:   Gimbaled 3-bruner LPG stove with oven, electric LPG valve with leak detector, hot/cold pressure water with 2 8” deep sinks in galley and a 75 gallon water tank 4” foam-insulated icebox. 

 

HEAD(S): Private aft head with shower, hot/cold pressure water – 8 gallon holding tank plus Y-valve.  2 bilge pumps plus shower sump pump (Rule 2000 new in 2004). 

 

ELECTRONICS AND NAVIGATION EQUIPMENT: Inverter (new 2004, installed but not presently connected).  Garmin GPS (new 2004), standard Horizon VHF (new 2003), 4” binnacle; instrument console on pedestal (console new 2004), Navico WP4000 autopilot.  Standard Horizon speed/depth & windspeed (new 2003) 

 

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:  Insulated engine compartment (temperature and noise) two 85-amp gel batteries (new 2003).  110 volt AC system with shore power (charger new 2003). 

 

SAILS & RIGGING: High aspect double-spreader mast, keel-stepped, boom: internal outhaul, topping lift, jiffy reef, vang, preventer.  Baby-stay on adjustable track, internal halyards with turning blocks and new clutches (new 2004).  Newly-reconditioned main with double jiffy reefs, Hood Sea-furl roller furling:  110% and new 150% genoas. 2 Barlow #25 two-speed self-tailing primary winches.  Two Andersen # 19ST all stainless main/jib halyard winches (new 2003), one Barlow #19 mainsheet winch, grounded rigging, split backstay with double-ended adjuster.

 

MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT & ENGINE DETAILS:  Yanmar 27 hp engine with a fuel tank of 30 gallons. 

SAFETY EQUIPMENT:  Plow anchor on rollers, 8’ chain, and 150’ rode.  8 new braided docklines, lifesling (new 2003).   

 

CANVAS AND OTHER EXTRAS: Custom closed-cell cockpit cushions (new 2004), bimini and dodger. Custom fully-fitted winter mooring cover (new 2003).  JVC six-pack marine CD/AM/FM/cassette with cockpit speakers (new 2003).  Kidde Fyre Watch automatic fire extinguishing system. 10 opening ports with screens.   Two Dorade boxes with stainless guards.  Walk-throught/drop –down stern swim platform/ladder, 36” destroyer wheel, Mahogany arched skipper’s seat (removable). 

 

COMMENTS:  Available separately – 9’ Walker-Bay dinghy with inflatable sponsons (new 2004) with a Mercury 3hp outboard (new 2004).
