WILLIN is a 1984 Kadey Krogen 36ââ?¬â?¢ Manatee, the ââ?¬Å?big little boatââ?¬ï¿½ built
for comfortable cruising. Powered by a Volvo TAMD31P 150 hp diesel
engine with 2600 hours, she features a spacious, single level teak interior,
a fully enclosed pilothouse, bimini-covered top deck, and a host of recent
equipment upgrades and improvements, making her ready for the Great
Loop, the Bahamas or wherever your next adventure takes you.


If you�ve never been on a Manatee, you will be amazed at what a superbly
designed boat this is for live-aboard cruising.


The salon is one of the largest you�ll find on a boat of this size, thanks to
its full-beam layout. Beautiful teak paneling and cabinetry give WILLIN that
classic ââ?¬Å?saltyââ?¬ï¿½ look. A u-shaped settee surrounds a teak table that folds
out to comfortably accommodate 4-6 people. You�ll find lots of storage
with compartments behind and below the settee, two wall cabinets and a
long bookshelf on the starboard side. The double cabin doors open to a
roomy covered cockpit.


The galley features a Magic Chef 10 cu ft refrigerator, large sink, Duxtop
induction hob, LG Microwave oven and Breville Smart Oven Pro, and
plenty of cabinets and drawers. Existing propane line, valves and a
dedicated propane locker with two tanks makes for an easy conversion if
you prefer gas cooking.


The teak-paneled stateroom has a walk-around queen bed, Samsung
TV, loads of drawers, full height adjoining lockers, bookshelf, desk and
large medicine cabinet.


The bathroom has a separate stall shower with teak grate, vanity,
medicine cabinet and Raritan Marine Elegance electric toilet. There is an
additional full height storage /broom closet between the stateroom and the
bath.


The pilothouse is fully enclosed for inclement weather, with sliding
windows and screens, dutch doors on port and starboard sides, a large
comfortable settee, an adjustable-height table and captains chair. Aft of
the pilothouse, a bimini-covered top deck provides ample space for
outdoor entertaining or relaxing while underway.


WILLIN�s equipment list includes a Vetus bowthruster, Lofgrans Tigres
windlass, MagnaSine inverter, plus numerous new electronics and
equipment installed in 2023 ââ?¬â?? including RayMarine autopilot, Garmin
chart plotter, Garmin radar, Standard Horizon VHF, two 180 watt solar
panels, Victron MPPT controller, Volvo dash gauge panel and ignition, 8
6V batteries, Balmar alternator, Balmar voltage regulator and more.


The Webasto FCF Platinum 16,000 BTU air conditioning system was
installed in 2022 and has a MicroAir soft start system.


The stainless fuel tank holds 280 gallons with a range of 1100 miles.
Stainless fresh water tanks hold 300 gallons.


New Phifertex screens provide privacy, sun protection and insect relief on
the pilothouse and windows


Also included is a AB Ventus 9VL dinghy, new (2023) Suzuki 9.9 hp
outboard with electric start and new (2023) portable 4300 watt generator.
