43 Pearson Trawler: This boat has been completely gone thru by the owner who is retiered from the USCG and was miticulous in all aspects of the refit. This boat will astound you as to its shape for being a 1973. It is also a Pearson which means it was built to very high standards. The Boat has been completely repainted top to bottom and the decks are solid with a nice textured surface. The Engines & Gear where changed out in 1995 with New  D41 Volvo Diesel Engines with only 550 hours on them curently. The Fuel Tanks where also changed out with 310 gal tank as well as an addition of 100 gal holding tanks. The Engine room is huge and easy to get around. There is an Onan Generator, The Bimini is new, All gages are in new shape and all work, There is Furuno radar, A sounder, Nice Marine AC and lots more! This yacht is a great loop boat or it is an extremely comfortable live aboard. call me and schedule an appointment quick!
