This Whistler Class sloop has a rich pedigree. In 1951 Lyra was one of the first Whistler Class boat’s built by Knutson Shipbuilding Corp of New York. The boat was built to the specifications of Philip Rhodes design #588 and remains nearly original. Very few of these boats are sailing today. Lyra provides a unique opportunity to own one of Rhodes most celebrated designs.
