Accommodations
Forward stateroom has two single berths with large sail storage areas below each berth. Salon has port and starboard settees with pilot berths above and centerline dinette. Forward-facing nav station aft to starboard and L-shaped galley to port with walk-through to enclosed aft cabin. Head with shower aft of nav station to starboard. The aft cabin features a double berth with custom mattress, large hanging locker and ample storage space for cruising. Hull is lined with teak batten strips. All headliner replaced to original Swan specifications in 1991. Varnished teak and holly sole. Custom Alpen Glow cabin lights. Upholstery replaced 1993. Entire interior revarnished with 4 coats of gloss with satin over and has been continually maintained.
Galley Equipment
12V Adler-Barbour Cold Machine refrigerator and freezer installed '92. S/S 6-gallon water heater new '98. Custom dish racks. 3-burner Eno propane stove/oven. Double S/S sinks. Galley fans. The wet locker adjacept to the galley has been converted to a large pantry storage area. Water tanks new in 1991.

Neco autopilot. Icom VHF radio new '99. 6" binnacle compass. Combi stereo/tape player. Furuno radar. B&G depth sounder and speed/distance logs. Micrologic loran. Wind speed and wind point.

Sails and Rigging
Reckman roller furling; Custom manual backstay adjuster; IMI Sparcraft boom '91; Swan manual boom vang. Equipped for cruising. All standing rigging replaced approx. '89. Norseman terminals top and bottom. Roller furling. Single-spreader aluminum mast. Insulated backstay for SSB. 2 spinnaker poles and 2 topping lifts. 2 Lewmar 55 self-tailing primary winches plus 2 Lewmar 55 3-speed winches. All winches are Lewmar.

17 sails including 5 spinnakers, 2 mains (one Sobstad, one dacron) and 180% ghoster.

Side stanchions with dual lifelines. Anodized aluminum toe rail. Bruce anchors with 50' chain and special rode. Bow pulpit. 6 life jackets. 8 self-tailing winches. Companionway dodger. Fenders and lines. Nav lights. Closed cell foam cockpit cushions. Gelcoat in excellent condition. 6-person liferaft (recertified 1997).

2-blade folding Max propeller. Raritan manual head system new '98 with 15-gal custom epoxied holding tank with new plumbing (hoses) in '98. Tank Tender fuel and water gauges (new '95). Leather-covered wheel. 5 original Blakes thru-hulls. New Amazon manual bilge pumps in main cabin and cockpit (new 5/97). New Rule electric bilge pump. Transmission rebuilt '93 (velvet drive). Hull #34. Last hauled summer of '98 (no reported blisters at that time). Epoxy bottom applied 1991. Hatches with screens new '91 (additonal hatch over galley). New shaft '94. 13 Alpen Glow lights provide excellent light coverage with night vision red bulb in each fixture.
