Accommodations
Crayon Pirate is beautifully maintained and an updated cruiser in wonderful condition. She has comfortable accommodations for seven. The forward cabin has a large V-berth with storage and countertop to port, a full length dry locker to starboard. Next to port is a fully enclosed teak paneled head, across to starboard is a large wet locker. The main salon is also teak paneled, includes port and starboard settee berth as well as full length pilot berths. A solid teak drop leaftable with wine storage, comfortable seating for eight. To port there is a full size teak chart table, across to starboard is a U-shaped galley. A full length quarterberth is aft to port with ample storage. The Salon also features a beautiful custom soapstone/brass wood burning fireplace. All interior cushions are in wonderful condition. This MK II model was designed with an very large cockpit that can seat eight comfortably around a teak fold down cockpit table.
Galley
The U-shaped galley is to starboard and includes a stainless sink with hot and cold pressure water along with a foot pump. A Force 10 three burner LPG stove with oven, an Adler Barbour refrigerator system and ample storage above.
Hull & Deck
Fiberglass hull awlgriped flag blue with white boot top and a goldleaf cove stripe. The ports have been replaced with sea going opening ports to allow for better ventilation. The decks are white with teak trim around the cockpit.
Electrical
All wiring and main breaker panel upgraded in 1990 and 1995. 12V system plus 120V shore power. Three Marine 1999 deep cycle batteries with a selector switch. 50A/70W alternator. Also a fifty foot shore power cord.
Electronics
Located at the Nav Station are Datamarine Link wind, CDX, speed and depth with repeaters, RX-10 Raytheon radar with dome mounted on Questus gimbled backstay mount. The pedestal has a 48" destrouer wheel with Garmin GPS. A Standard Horizon VHF is located at the Nav Station.
Sails & rigging
The spar, standing rigging and running rigging were new in 1999. The spar is a "TALL RIG" keel stepped mast with white awlgrip. Double tapered airfoil spreaders with a "Strong" mainsail track. The standing rigging is rod shrouds. Harken roller furling. Running rigging is main, two jibs, two spinnakers, pole lift, lazy jacks, reefing lines. All Halyards lead aft to the cockpit. Spinnaker gear includes aluminum pole , whisker pole and reaching strut new in 1998.

AdditionalAll head & plumbing hoses replaced in 1999. New cutlass bearing, cutters, prop tune, engine alignment, heat exchanger cleaned/reconditioned and new propane regulator and hoses done in 1998. Over all Crayon Pirate is in wonderful condition and shows very well. She has been maintained to high standards by her owners.Owner is very motivated to sell do to location change.
