Accommodations
"Maine Stay" is a two cabin layout with an extended salon (14') and excellent headroom throughout (6' 8"). As you enter the salon along the starboard side you have a convertable teak settee, two teak side chairs and a custom hi-lo teak and mahogany table (2004). Forward and to starboard you find the well equipped lower helm station. Opposite the salon and helm area you find a full length galley.
Going forward you find the Guest cabin to starboard. This cabin has twin-over-double bunks, a cedar lined armoire, a large hanging locker, a small folding desk, a 9" Philips TV and Fireboy Xintex Carbon monoxide detector. You have both 110v and 12 v lighting in this cabin. Natural ventilation is provided by (2) Bowmar opening ports and (1) Bowmar hatch.
Opposite the guest cabin you find the head to port. The head features an oversized shower with full headroom and a large seat, medicine cabinet and multiple storage lockers with solid teak louvered doors and a VacuFlush head.
The forward cabin has a tapered queen berth to starboard with a large hanging locker forward, numerous drawers and multiple storage lockers along both sides of the cabin, Magnavox TV/VCR combo and Fireboy Xintex Carbon monoxide detector. You have both 110v and 12 v lighting in this cabin. Natural ventilation is provided by (2) Bowmar opening ports and (1) Bowmar hatch.
Galley
A very large full length galley is to port which is outfitted with new appliances (2002) listed below . All the cabinetry was also replaced, which now features solid teak and poplar dovetailed construction with full extension drawer glides.

Electrical"Maine Stay" has both 110 volt AC and 12 volt DC power wired to seperate breakers. The 50 amp shorepower is fed through a LaMarche isolation transformer and a switchable 10% boost transformer if marina voltage is low. The ship's power is made up of a bank of four (4) 6 volt golf cart batteries to supply the bowthruster (24 volt) with a 12 volt tap for the windlass and a separate 3 stage charger. A total of five 8D batteries make up the house and engine starting. This bank is split charged through a PathMaker by a ProSine 2000 inverter/charger (2002). The generator start battery is a group 27 with its own small 3 stage charger. Numerous 12v convenience outlets are available throughout the yacht.
Electronics- Navigation and EntertainmentEntertainment is provided by a Bose 3-2-1 home theatre system (DVD, Tuner and Aux input) and a Panasonic 20" TV in the main salon. The guest cabin has a 9" Philips TV and the forward cabin has a Magnavox TV/VCR combo. TV Cable is routed to all cabins and a separate TV antenna is housed in a flybridge storage locker. The flybridge has a JVC KS-FX 430 am/fm/cassette with a 12 disc CD changer.

MechanicalMechanical systems include a twin turbo Detroit Diesel 8V-92 TA 600 HP main engine (approx. 1550 total hours, 350 since rebuild) with Walker Airseps, twin Racor fuel filters, Algae-X and an electric fuel priming pump. Engine and gear oil filters are remotely mounted to facilitate changing. An Oberdorfer oil change pump serves the engine, gear and generator. Commercial duty dual station hydraulic steering includes a 12 gal. oil reservoir with spin on inline filter and an engine driven Vickers pump.
