Walkaround
STARTING AT THE STERN: She has a full beam swim platform with pullout ladder, stbd side transom door and fresh water transom shower. There is a large transom storage box and this wonderfully comfortable area is shaded by the upper deck. Lazarette access is by way of a large hatch, you will find the Generator (in a sound shield), rudder access and additional storage. There is a molded-in Stairway to the upper deck, and recessed side walks along both sides of the house. A large Aluminum framed doorway leads into the salon. There is a retractable screen for this doorway. Twin 30 amp shore power connections are located here.
SIDE DECKS AND FOREDECK: Safe and easy access to the bow can be accomplished along either side of the house by way of the recessed sidewalks, with comfortable railing height and ample handrails for safety. There is a stbd side door, that gives direct side access from the lower helm station. This door as well as the front/lower windshield panels are covered by custom Navy Colored snap-on shades. (there is a second set of Tan Colored shades that are also included). At the bow there is a molded in Anchor Pulpit with Lewmar Anchor windlass (foot pedal controls, as well as Bridge controls) and a large Stainless Sampson Post. There are twin 30 amp shore power connections at the bow. This area is raised from the walking deck for easy Anchoring and line handling. Three large windshield panels, each with wiper and washer, the center window opens for fresh air when desired.
UPPER DECK: The upper deck is easily reached by climbing the molded in stairway from the cockpit (no ladders here). You will find a radar mast, that can be easily lowered by hinge. The upper aft deck has lots of room (bring your lounge chairs), and a large port side storage cabinet. Unzip the rear of the 4 sided helm enclosure and walk into the Upper Helm Area. The Bimini top and 4 sided enclosure are in near perfects condition, providing crystal clear views of the horizon. Port and Stbd side bench seating with storage beneath, a center line cocktail table with two folding leaves, stereo speakers, cup holders, etc VERY NICE.
The upper helm station features a center console style dash with a pedestal helm seat and two forward facing seats along either side.

MAIN CABIN DECK/GALLEY and LOWER HELM STATION:
The main cabin is accessed by way of a lockable/sliding door from the rear lower deck(with a retractable screen). Once inside you will find a Large, Bright and open feeling space, with the Galley along the Stbd side. Flat Panel TV, Jensen Stereo, Refrigerator above Freezer, all are immediately on your right hand side. Forward of the Fridge/Freezer is the galley counter with 3 burner Electric Stove and Oven, GE Microwave Oven and upper cabinets, along with a stainless steel sink and combination faucet. There is ample galley storage space in the beautiful cherry Cabinets.
The salon sofa sits along the port side (storage beneath) and the Dinette table is forward of the sofa. Seating on the rear side of the Dinette table is a custom bench seat, easily movable and offers cold or dry storage inside. A built in dinette seat is on the forward side of the table. Large Windows offer excellent natural light and custom blinds/curtains can be closed to offer privacy when desired. A 23 inch Flat panel Smart TV sits on the ledge above the Dinette.
LOWER HELM STATION: Is across in the stbd/forward area of the main deck. There is a side door adjacent to the Lower Helm Station offering direct access to the Stbd mid-ship cleats for easy docking, if you are shorthanded. 3 Wipers with washers, and a center opening window are a nice touch, as are the custom sun reflectors and exterior shades for these windows.
Steering and Engine/Throttle controls, plus full engine instrumentation.

There is a hatch in the floor at the lower helm station. You will find the HVAC units here (easy to access), this area can also be reached by lifting the steps to the lower cabin.
ACCOMMODATIONS:
At the bottom of the stairs, on the port side is the Guest Bunk room. With side by side bunks, reading lamps, upper storage cabinets and a hanging locker, this is a very comfortable spot for your guests to stay.
The Master Stateroom is forward, and features a double berth on a centerline pedestal with storage drawers beneath. This berth can also be raised to access additional storage space. Upper Cabinets along both sides and Roomy Hanging Lockers (Closets). The Master Stateroom offers excellent headroom, with an overhead deck hatch and side porthole windows. Lighting and fresh air are abundant.
The master head is Very Roomy, with access from the Master Stateroom as well as a door into the common hallway. An electric flushing toilet, sink and vanity with mirrored medicine cabinet, along with a wonderfully sized stand up shower complete the Head space.
Engine and Mechanical
Powered by the optional Twin engine 240 hp Yanmar 240 hp diesel inboard engines (Model 4LHA-STP) she is a wonderful handling vessel. These engines are rated for continuous duty at 3100 rpm and Wide open throttle at 3300 rpm.
This owner usually cruises at 2200 rpm which gives a 10 kt cruise speed while burning a total of 10 gph (including the Generator).
Engine room access is Excellent, you will find the engine space to be Very Clean and Tidy with bright lighting. There are 685 original hours on the main engines, with recent service receipts.
The 9kw Kohler Generator also has low hours (350 original hours), and sits in a sound shield in the lazarette, also Extremely Clean.
