Condenser On One Of The Air Conditioning Units Has Just Been Replaced.

This popular, but relatively rare model features full deck walk-around, cockpit, dingy storage above the aft cabin with electric boom, and steps to the flybridge. Additional features include simulated lapstrake hullside in excellent shape.

It accommodates 2 owners and 2 guests in 2 staterooms, plus a double settee berth in the salon for a total of 6 berths. Galley is down to the port side. Inside, the all-teak interior is arranged with a centerline queen berth in the full-width aft stateroom with a completely separate shower to the port side of the master stateroom and a private head and vanity to the starboard side. The salon dimensions are quite spacious with both port and starboard deck doors. Visibility from the lower helm is excellent.

The exterior deck is equipped with teak decks that are sound and show no signs of leaking.

Accommodations

Beautiful Aft Master Stateroom with centerline queen bed and tubular lighting around the berth, reading lamps above the berth, a port end table and privacy starboard teak doors leading directly to the cockpit. The stateroom door has a full length dressing mirror mounted inside, This cabin is air conditioned by a dedicated reverse cycle A/C unit and controls are within easy reach of the berth.

The head is equipped with an electric macerating marine toilet sanitation system, vanity with mirror and sink; there is a separate walk-in shower compartment.

Forward is a guest stateroom with two opening curtained ports, reading lights and a hanging locker. The guest/central Head is just steps away.

Going aft takes you to the U-shaped galley to port with white Formica counters, teak cabinetry for storage of food, plus a large double stainless steel sink with storage beneath. There is a 3 burner stove & oven with a microwave above plus an under counter refrigerator and countertop accessed freezer. A window in the galley area provides an incredible view for the chef! To starboard is the center Head with full standing shower and tub.

Aft is the spacious salon; there is a dining bar above the galley with two upholstered bar stools and a large over-stuffed white sleeper sofa. Across to starboard is the dining table (which could be converted to a double berth) that folds out to accommodate additional guests using the bar stools. Very large windows with mini-blinds and off-white curtains to regulate lighting surround the salon plus indirect lighting. There are two large sliding doors on either side of the salon leading outside. Please note the following: All walls are teak, the sole is teak parquet.
